Highly effective material for filling of seams, on a cement basis. The cement strengthened by polymeric additives provides water tightness of material. It is used for filling of seams of such finishing materials as faience, ceramic tiles, marble, granite slabs, a glass, mosaic coupler, etc., finishing materials in the closed and open districts, on horizontal and vertical surfaces, in the pool, a bath, bathrooms, tanks for water, etc., damp rooms. Prevents emergence of fungi, mosses and bacteria. Material does not burst and does not lose color. Sharp changes of temperature and a frost do not influence properties of material.
